Welcome to Wine Country Ontario where the scent of summer wildflowers, autumn leaves or crisp winter air is carried to you on gentle breezes.
Here at Niagara College’s Wine Visitor and Education Centre rows of grapevines, sprouting buds, heavy with fruit or in hibernation, create a tranquil countryside view and hint at the marvelous wines that await you, crafted with care and passion by our renowned winemakers.
This walking tour is a breathtaking trip around an award winning vineyard in Ontario. With the Niagara Escarpment, designated as a Unique Biosphere by the United Nations, in clear view and Lake Ontario’s gentle breezes greeting you, this tour will engage your senses in every way.
Special thanks to the Ontario Wine Council for their ongoing support of this center and app. This tour will take you through the vineyard and highlight several stories along the way. At the end you will arrive back in the Visitor Education Center, where the hardest choice will be to decide which wine to purchase first.
